Partner Workshops Highlight: Nikki worked with the fashion brand Athleta for a 6 week virtual series featuring trainer Garden Christian of Trifecta Strong teaching HIIT fitness & self defense. Nikki provided group coaching sessions after each workout on various mental health topics.
