Hi! I’m Nikki - a former workaholic and imbalanced babe. I started a fashion business at 21, producing over 40+ runway shows, while working full time in finance. By 25, I was a production assistant for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week + managed a Boutique PR showroom.

My interest in business grew and I left fashion for grad school. After tossing my cap, I started over in Tech. Landing a startup & then Spotify, I thought life would be perfect with “my dream career”.

I was wrong.

Despite making 6-figures, I suffered from burnout + unresolved traumas. This showed as Fibromyalgia, PCOS, being overweight & hormone imbalances. I had Anxiety / Depression. My lifestyle was a rollercoaster of emotions and toxic relationships.

My journey to wellness included extensive research & inspired me to work with holistic healers, trainers, traditional doctors, plant based nutritionists + behavioral therapists.

My pain and deep exploration of wellness taught me alot, but I believe there’s a simpler way. That is: to uncover the roots of what is challenging you, so you can clear the energy.

This method helped me unblock my broken beliefs around money, relationships & myself.

Life unfolded and matched my new vibe!

That has looked like:

+ Leaving corporate work culture for meaningful work that provides balance

+ Regaining control of my emotions and toxic relationship patterns

+ Losing 20 pounds, becoming a “gym girlie” and comitting to therapy

+ Freeing my soul to explore gorgeous destinations like Berlin, St Maarten, Paris, Mexico & London.

+ Finally allowing myself to show up and “be seen” online & in business
